BOOTCAMP

at JOHN & JANE’S POWERBASE

Burn up to 1,000 kcal in Berlin’s toughest bootcamp!
You can expect a high-intensity interval training (HIIT), consisting of treadmill units in alternation with exercises on the floor or on our fitbenches. Bootcamp is a full body workout, so all muscle groups are challenged. The bootcamp group is divided: Half of the group starts on the treadmills, the other half on the floor.

The 50-minute workout consists of 3 blocks:

1) Warm-Up: Both on the treadmill and on the surface the respective muscle groups are warmed up for the workout – this will make you sweat a lot

2) Heavy Block: On the treadmills, incline runs are made, on the surface training with weights

3) Fast Block: Short, intensive sprints on the treadmills while a cardio session on the open space will make you sweat

The perfect combination for a highly efficient wokrout. You'll quickly build muscle, but also increase your heart rate, which is optimal for burning calories.

Heavy & Fast Block

After the warm-up, the workout is divided into two blocks that combine high intensity training and fast cardio movements.
