In our men’s yoga class at SOULBASE in Berlin Mitte you will learn to concentrate on your body and to feel its abilities and limits. All levels are welcome, from beginner to intermediate yogi, our experiences yoga teachers will take care of individual requirements. You’ll learn gratitude and respect for your body and your inner self. Also, you will be taught the ability to notice and get to know your body better.
