At SOULBASE at Rosenthaler Platz we offer trend workouts around Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Dance. By adding cardio- and HIIT-elements, small weights or heat in the room, these become our unique SOULBASE classes. Our coaches have brought these international sports trends from L.A. and London to Berlin and designed highly efficient full body workouts that are not only nourishing your body but also your mindset. We also offer traditional Yoga classes like Vinyasa and Relax Yin Yoga, hot classes and a workshop-like class “Vinyasa Yoga Essentials” for Yoga beginners and technique lovers!
With over 75 classes per week we have the right class for everyone, from beginners to experienced fitness lovers. Talk to our coaches before the class and they will be responsive to your needs during the workout.

Our POWERBASE is located in the venue THE REED at Alexanderplatz. Here you will find Berlin’s toughest bootcamp! Burn up to 1.000 kcal in only 50 minutes in this highly efficient HIIT fullbody workout. Train alternately in intensive treadmill units and sweaty training blocks on the open space with weights or cardio elements. Our music and light concept lets you deep dive into a world where no excuses are accepted and your limits simply disappear. Get to know your physical and mental strength anew – feelings of happiness afterwards are included for free!
With a JOHN & JANE’S membership or a workout package you can use both studios. The classes should be booked beforehand in our class schedule via the booking system, so your spot is reserved for you. A cancellation of the booked classes can be done up to six hours before the start of the class, after that the used credits will not be given back.
