For Yoga beginners and technique freaks

Our class is aimed at both: beginners who want to learn the most important asanas and ambitious yogis and yoginis who want to improve their technique. In a workshop-like character the contents are taught in detail and comprehensibly and individual support is guarantueed.

Get to know Yoga in only 4 weeks

We have created the Vinyasa Yoga Essentials series with 8 different thematic focuses, which allow you to experience the effects of the different exercise groups in four sessions. Nevertheless, each class offers a complete and rounded yoga sequence, from warm-up to final relaxation.

1. Week

Sun Salutation & Breathwork

The sun salutation wakes up the body and prepares it for the flow! Correct breathing is essential in yoga. In our first class you will learn to use these two basics.

2. Week

Forward Folds, Back Bends & Core Activation

Forward and back bending have a positive energetic effect on your body. The core exercises are important to stabilize your body during the yoga practice.

3. Week

Arm Balance & Skill Movement

Standing postures have a positive effect on endurance and strength. At the same time you improve your balance. Reverse postures strengthen your cardiovascular system and are good for blood flow, especially from the legs back to the heart.

4. Week

Hip Openers, Twists & Forward Folds

Hip openers make you more flexible in your lower back and relieve the strain on it. When you bend and turn, you stretch your entire back, but also small muscle groups.
