In our classic Vinyasa classes you will find exactly the group in which you can carry out and expand your practice through our level classification (Level 1-2 and Level 2).
For yoga beginners we offer a special journey. In only four weeks you can immerse yourself in the world of yoga. Every week a new topic is covered and the journey is repeated in a four-week cycle. So if you are unable to attend a class, you can simply make up for it the following month. You can find all information here:
VINYASA YOGA ESSENTIALSYou can end the day in a perfect way in our Relax Yin Yoga classes. In those spiritual classes you can release tensions and let go of anything that might have bothered you during the day. In the hot classes we heat the room up to 35° Celsius. Afterwards, there are often frequent guided meditations by very experienced yoga teachers, which round off your experience with us.
Our unique class, which was developed for SOULBASE expands your yoga practice by working with small weights. In this yoga class your muscles will be strengthened and defined even more effectively. Fitness meets Yoga!
In this class we will drive your heartbeat up and let it come to rest with stretching yoga elements. An exciting combination for those who want to try something new and take their fitness level and yoga practice to a new level.
Our men’s yoga class includes a rounded, powerful flow that addresses especially tight spots in the male body. Shoulders and hips are opened, which leads to a better posture and a better well-being in the whole body! Our yoga teachers will be especially supportive of beginners and offer more challenging variations for advanced students.
In our two classes for pregnant women and new mothers, we focus entirely on you and the miracle of birth. In our prenatal class, your muscles for the birth will be strengthened and your flexibility improved. Simulatenously, in our postnatal class, the focus is on your core and the recovery of your stressed areas of your body, such as your neck and back. PRENATAL YOGA POSTNATAL YOGAYou will see that you become more and more flexible over time. This can help you avoid back pain in the future.
