At JOHN & JANE’S SOULBASE we offer you two unique Pilates classes. Both include an effective whole body training with focus on the back and core, also called “Powerhouse” in Pilates.
Here, our coaches combine static Pilates exercises into uninterrupted flows so that you stay in motion and train your coordination at the same time. The exercises can be intensified with Pilates balls or rings, depending on your level.
Working with TRX bands improves your tension throughout your body, which makes this workout highly efficient for all muscle groups. Your muscles are formed slim and defined. Here too, various demanding sequences of exercises are performed.

Pilates exercises can be adapted for beginners, but can also be intensified using equipment if you want more. At SOULBASE we have high quality equipment available.
Through many stretching elements you get more flexibility, which for example counteracts back pain. Your entire posture is improved at the same time.
Pilates allows you to better control your breath and thus improves your blood circulation throughout your body.
